SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH BILLING ADDRESS
To combat fraud; we will simply refund any credit card orders if the shipping and billing address are not identical. Please use Western Union if you insist on having your purchase sent to an address other than your own. The only time an exception will be made is if you are a long established customer with no history of problematic transactions and your order is relatively small.

Shipping is during business days, which means MONDAY to FRIDAY. Except for Holidays. We can not be held responsible if there are Delays because of Holidays and Weather conditions. There also could be slight delays due it unavailability of ordered items.
All shipping services used by weartoimpress.com provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package (except standard shipping for Western Europe). In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.

Wrong address, non received items and returns
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
